• Determine your immigration eligibility
• Tell you which form to file
• Interpret immigration law
• Advise you on legal strategies
• Represent you before USCIS or any government agency

Clients must determine on their own (or with an attorney’s help) which immigration benefits they qualify for.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Reviewing all forms before submission
• Filing forms with USCIS
• Tracking their case after submission
• Ensuring they meet all deadlines and requirements

Sherne Group is not responsible for USCIS decisions, delays, rejections, denials, or consequences that result from incorrect, incomplete, or false information.

We cannot and do not guarantee:

• Approval of any application
• Faster USCIS processing
• Any specific immigration outcome

5. Payment & Refunds

Payments made for form preparation services are non-refundable once work has begun.

6. Confidentiality

All documents and personal information provided are kept private and used solely to complete the requested service.
