Sherne Group provides a referral/connection service to help clients connect with licensed and independent immigration attorneys.

2. No Legal Advice from Sherne Group

Sherne Group:

• Is not a law firm
• Does not provide legal advice
• Does not interpret immigration law
• Does not guarantee that the attorney will take your case

3. Independent Relationship

Any attorney we connect you with:

• Works independently from Sherne Group
• Sets their own fees, policies, and representation agreements
• Will only provide legal advice after you sign an agreement directly with the attorney

Sherne Group is not involved in your legal representation or case decisions.

4. Payment Responsibility

All legal fees charged by the attorney are separate from and not included in Sherne Group’s referral service.

Clients are responsible for:

• Reviewing the attorney’s agreement Asking questions directly to the attorney
• Paying all attorney fees

Sherne Group does not receive decisions, updates, or copies of your case unless you authorize it.

5. No Guarantee

Sherne Group does not guarantee:

• That an attorney will accept your case
• Approval of any immigration application
• Any outcome from legal representation

6. Limitation of Liability

By using our attorney-connection service, you agree that Sherne Group is not liable for:

• Legal advice provided by the attorney
• Attorney performance, delays, or errors
• USCIS decisions
• Immigration outcomes

We may collect basic contact information to connect you with an attorney. Additional case details are optional and shared only at your request.

2. How Information Is Shared

Your information is shared only with the attorney you choose to communicate with and only with your permission. Sherne Group does not store, sell, or share your personal data with any other party.

3. Client-Attorney Privacy

Once connected, all communications fall under the attorney’s own confidentiality policies.
